Hey man, yes Antoine RJ Wright and I chat all the time. What a great guy. Had no idea the two of you worked together. Men on the move!

I like where you’re headed with your idea. Back in our Adam & Luna days (i.e., StoryApp), we often talked about “leveling up” based on your skill set and even put together an HR document around the entire concept.

So I completely agree with the fundamentals of how you’re describing it. There’s very much a gamification aspect of it as well, especially as you begin tying it to incentives like comp and perks.

Reminds me a bit of how Numerai is trying to align “employees” under a single umbrella without actually being their employer.

Weird times but cool to think about.
