I don’t know about you but I love our pale blue boat floating in that big black sea.
I don’t know about you but I love our pale blue boat floating in that big black sea. I love to ride on it, let the wind flow through my hair, close my eyes and grab some rays. But if that boat starts taking on water, or is about to crash into a big iceberg, I’m not staying on that boat, no matter how exquisite it is or how long I’ve called it home.
Home, to me, is about people, not a place. If an asteroid is coming to destroy our planetary boat, I’m getting off. But if we don’t have a back-up plan, then shame on us.
I’m arguing for a back-up plan before it’s too late.
