The Challenge


The CEO and Head of Product needed help managing their highest priority and most strategic categories while the company went through a major rebrand integrating Angie’s List, Home Advisor, and Handy’s products and teams—a $741 million dollar merger.

The Solution


We stepped in to lead product management of the Roofing, Interior & Exterior Painting, Fencing, and Additions & Remodels categories. Part of this work involved coaching and establishing best practices for the product and engineering teams and surfacing potential acquisitions, patents, and novel product mechanics.

Introduced a new product mechanic that tripled purchase conversation rates within the first 90 days.
