We upgraded the Software Development Lifecycle, integrated multiple acquired products, refreshed the product design, fixed the global culture across the Americas and Europe, moved from multiple data centers to AWS, built a new platform, invented and patented multiple innovations, and jump-started sales through partnerships.

We closed multiple million-dollar contracts and stopped churn after improving uptime from 99% to 99.99%, reducing error rate from 10% to less than 1%, fixing Akamai’s analytics and building a new video player, platform, and video analytics product. The company was nearly acquired by Box and Apple to use as the basis of their video platform.
